Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ernest Phil
Newey, of Coromandel, farmer, under and by virtue of
renewable lease No. 158, recorded in Volume 2021, folio 65,
South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the
purposes of a road from and after the 21st day of February
