Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the
Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby
declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described
in the Schedule hereto being taken for a service lane.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2.4 perches, situated in the
Borough of Kaikohe and being part Lot 1, D.P. 39488; shown
on plan M.O.W. 27477 (S.O. 48080) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and
thereon coloured neutral.

ORDER
- This order shall come into force on 1 April 1974.
- The Board of the West Winton River District is hereby
dissolved. - The powers and functions of the former West Winton
River Board shall be transferred to the Southland Catchment
Board. - The relevant provisions of section 10 of the Soil Con-
servation and Rivers Control Amendment Act 1946, shall
apply as if the dissolution and transfer of functions prescribed
herein were a dissolution and transfer of functions, pursuant
to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the access way described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Wanganui and be under the control and management of the
Wanganui City Council.

PURSUANT to the State Services Act 1962, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order.

- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited
as the Public Service Salary Order 1974.
(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on
the 11th day of February 1974. - Salaries of Members of State Services Commission—
(1) The salaries payable to the members of the State Services
Commission shall be as follows:
