Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that that portion of the said land as decided upon may be disposed of by the One Tree Hill Borough Council in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the said Council shall determine, and further declares that the balance of the said land may be disposed of by the council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ONE TREE HILL BOROUGH

Resumption of Unformed Road in Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 191E of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Vincent County Council pursuant to the said section 191E and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Kaikoura County Council Electric Lines Licence 1965, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Kaikoura County Council Electric Lines Licence 1965* by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following:

"A line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Conway River and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction for approximately 1500 metres, all being situated in Block XVIII Acheron, Survey District, the said line being more particularly shown by a red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 9997 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 3, 1974

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 3, 1974.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1971, dated the 26th day of April 1971† under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Whangarei County at One Tree Point and Ruakaka is hereby revoked.

Ruakaka Beach Road: from a point 250 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from Bream Bay Drive to the eastern end of Ruakaka Beach Road.
