THAT the Upper Hutt City Council hereby resolves by way
of special order, in exercise of the powers conferred on it
by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, to declare all
of the noxious weeds listed in the First Schedule of the said
Act and amendments thereto to be noxious weeds within the
City of Upper Hutt.

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following special order, made by the Hobson County
Council on the 20th day of September 1974 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Hobson
County Council hereby resolves by way of special order
that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto are declared
to be noxious weeds within the County of Hobson.

National Roads Board—Amending Notice Declaring State
Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to section 331A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice dated
the 3rd day of October 1974 and published in Gazette,
10 October 1974, No. 100, p. 2159, declaring that part of
No. 45 State Highway (New Plymouth to Hawera) to be
a limited access road, by deleting the reference to "King
Road, Oaonui to Opunake" and substituting therefor the
reference "Kina Road, Oaonui to Opunake".
