PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Appointment of the Lake Taupo Reserves Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Lake Taupo Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block VI, Kawau Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Rodney County Council pursuant to the said section 191B and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That Land Shall Vest in the Amuri County Council in Fee Simple and Specifying the Manner of Disposal of Part

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that portion of the said land as decided upon shall vest in the Amuri County Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the area is paid by the Council into its Reserves Account and further declares that the balance of the said land may be disposed of by the Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's Reserves Account, both amounts to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation reserves.
