Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI COUNTY

SECTIONS 1 and 2, Block II, Ruakaka Survey District: area, 1.8767 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 31531).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke's Bay Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—COOK COUNTY

PART Whangara N2 Block, being all the land on Deposited Plan 3213, situated in Block VI, Whangara Survey District: area, 1.5934 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title No. 2C/352, Gisborne Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1974.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY

LOT 3, D.P. 5784, being part Section 233, Block XIII, Forest Hill Hundred: area, 1237 square metres, more or less. Being the balance of certificates of title, Volume 43, folio 221, and Volume 100, folio 184.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1974.
