Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 330 (7) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Palmerston North 1974, No. 2. -
The notices referred to in the Schedule hereto are hereby
revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori
Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1974, No. 3.

declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for a Slipway at Port
Robinson
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the
licence of 6 September 1962*, authorising Lance Irwin
Anderson and Irwin Albert Anderson to use and occupy a
part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson,
Cheviot County as a site for a slipway, and assigned to Brian
Sandford and Raymond Leslie John Burnett on 3 November
1966† is hereby assigned to Edward Leo Garrett and Raymond
Leslie John Burnett of Cheviot.

Licensing Waitemata County Council to Occupy a Site for a
Boat Ramp at Huruhuru Creek, Waitemata Harbour
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit the Waitemata County Council (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns
unless the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Huruhuru Creek
as shown on plan marked M.D. 15197 and deposited in the
office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the
said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1974.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand.

Licensing the Bay of Islands County Council to Occupy a
Site for a Boat Ramp at Paihia Beach
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit the Bay of Islands County Council (here-
inafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the harbour at Paihia Beach as shown on plan marked
M.D. 10716 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of
Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence
to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to
the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

Causeway at Waipapakauri, Awanui Harbour
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Duncan Ira Michie (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the sea at Waipapakauri, Awanui Harbour as shown
on plan marked M.D. 10727 and deposited in the office of
the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a causeway as shown on the said plan,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon
and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
schedule hereto.
