Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed
Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the New Zealand Journalists' Industrial Association of
Workers, Registered No. 866, situated at Post Office Square,
Wellington, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be
cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the
date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the Gisborne Fish Workers' Industrial Union of
Workers, Registered No. 2156, situated at First Floor,
H.B. Building, 68 Gladstone Street, Gisborne, is hereby
cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice
in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to sections 330 (7) and 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice
as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Whangarei 1974, No. 2. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto. -
The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953. -
The land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the said Act.
