its production to the middle of the North Branch Waihao
River; thence south-easterly down the middle of that river
to a point in line with the southern boundary of Run 284;
thence easterly to and along that boundary to the summit
of The Hunters Hills; thence northerly generally along that
summit to the southern boundary of Run 47B in Block VIII,
Waihao Survey District; thence northerly generally along that
boundary and the eastern boundaries of that run and Run 47A
to the right bank of the Otaio River in Block XVI, Nimrod
Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along the
northern boundary of Run 47A and the eastern boundaries
of Run 44 and Section 21, Mount Nessing Settlement to a
point due east of Trig. Station N (Mount Nimrod) in
Block II, Nimrod Survey District; thence due west to that
trig. station being a point on the south-eastern boundary
of the Western Ward hereinbefore described; thence north-
easterly along that boundary to a point on the middle of
Cannington Road in line with the middle of Burnetts Road
in Block IX, Pareora Survey District, and being also a point
on the south-western boundary of the Eastern Ward herein-
before described; thence south-easterly along that boundary
to the point of commencement.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Appointment of the Public
Trustee as Manager under Part V of the Public Trust Office
Act 1957
PURSUANT to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act
1957, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that on the 12th
day of November 1974, and pursuant to the provisions of
Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, orders were made
by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington appoint-
ing the Public Trustee manager of the respective estates of
Rexford Hansell Knights, whose last known address was
at No. 333 Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, clerk, and
Juanita Judith Knights, of the same address, married woman,
both of whose present whereabouts are unknown.

Notice of Intention to Destroy Public Records
PURSUANT to section 17 of the Archives Act 1957, notice is
hereby given of intention to destroy the following public
records:
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES—REGISTERED FILES,
1941–1967
These comprise registered files from the Pukekohe office of
the Ministry. They deal with routine matters and inquiries
from farmers and the general public. Material of interest on
these files can also be found on Head Office and regional
office files of the Ministry.
Any person may, within one month after the date of
publication of this notice, lodge with the Secretary for Internal
Affairs, Wellington, an objection to the destruction of the
records specified above, stating therein the grounds of his
objection. Such objections will be dealt with in accordance
with section 18 of the Archives Act 1957.

Vol. 3., No. 6 (June 1974), published by Playboy Publications
Inc., Chicago.
