Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Hornby
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation 853912, for the purposes of the railway on and after the 2nd day of December 1974.

Declaring Land Held for a Government Work (Coal Mining Operations Purposes) at Stirling and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes on and after the 9th day of December 1974.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:
