Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Further Portion of the Kawakawa Railway) at Opua and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 2nd day of December 1974.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Area m²	Being
59	Railway land, part of the land eighthly comprised and described in Gazette, 1885, p. 1013, Proclamation No. 810.

Situated in Block V, Russell Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 28465 (S.O. 49712) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon marked A.

Dated at Wellington this 26th day of July 1974.

Declaring Land Reserved for a Government Work (Public Highway Purposes) at Onehunga Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes

PURSUANT to section 167 of the Land Act 1948 and section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes on and after the 9th day of December 1974.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

116	Part Allotment 18, Section 30, Village of Onehunga, being all the land comprised and described in Gazette, 1881, p. 959.

Situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 27765 (S.O. 47724) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes on and after the 10th day of July 1974.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamations 595142 and 927443, for the purposes of the N.I.M.T. Railway (Utiku-Mangaweka Deviation) on and after the 2nd day of December 1974.
