NOTICE is hereby given that the Clifton County Council
proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto
such land to be used for deviating an existing road: and
notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Clifton
County Council in Domett Street, Waitara, and is there open
for inspection: that all persons directly affected by the taking
of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the
taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation, make a written objection and
send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE of intention to take land in Block IV, Tiffin Survey
District, in the Borough of Masterton, for proper use and
development and the provision of amenities in accordance
with the Masterton Borough District Scheme being an
Operative District Scheme under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Masterton Borough Council
proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928
and the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, to take the
land described in the Schedule hereto for proper use and
development and the provision of amenities in accordance
with the Operative District Scheme of the Borough of
Masterton; and notice is hereby further given that a plan
of the land required to be taken is deposited in the Borough
Council Office at Masterton and is there open for inspection during normal office hours.
All persons directly affected by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any objection, not being any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth
such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days
of the first publication of this notice to theTown and Country
Planning Appeal Board at Wellington. If any objection is
made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the
objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires.
