Appointing Date to Hold First Election of Member of the East Otago Pest Destruction Board (No. 960 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 43 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries for the purposes of the said section, hereby appoints the 7th day of December 1974 as the date to hold the first election of members of the board of the East Otago Pest Destruction Board.
This notice revokes the date nominated in Gazette, No. 78, page 1709, of 15 August 1974.

Appointing the Day of the First Election of the Kurow Pest Destruction Board (No. 959 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 43 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries for the purposes of the said section, hereby appoints the 7th day of December 1974, as the date for the first election of members of the Kurow Pest Destruction Board.

Revoking the Foreshore Licence Authorising Ernest Hammond Hill to Occupy a Site for a Jetty at Woody Bay, Rakino Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the licence of 25 January 1966* authorising Ernest Hammond Hill to occupy a site for a jetty at Woody Bay, Rakino Island, and amended on 17 July 1967β by reducing the annual sum payable from thirteen dollars ($13.00) to one dollar ($1.00) is hereby revoked.

Licensing the Hamilton City Council to Occupy a Site for an Effluent Outfall in the Waikato River at Hamilton
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Hamilton City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River at Hamilton as shown on plan marked M.D. 15408 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an effluent outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1974.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Taupo County Council to Occupy a Site for an Intake Pipeline at Kinloch, Lake Taupo
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Taupo County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Taupo at Kinloch as shown on plan marked M.D. 15397 and deposited in the office of the Minister of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water supply intake pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing the Taupo Borough Council to Occupy a Site for a Sewer Pipe Bridge Over the Waikato River at Taupo
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Taupo Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River at Taupo as shown on plan marked M.D. 15410 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a sewer pipe bridge as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
