Authorising the Construction of a Portion of the Dunedin-
Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of
the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the construction of a portion of the motorway to be known
as the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, commencing at the inter-
section of Ardmore Drive and Andersons Bay Road in the
City of Dunedin, and proceeding generally in a westerly and
southerly direction parallel to the South Island Main Trunk
Railway and terminating at a point in Cavcrsham Valley
Road where Rockdale Avenue, if projected, would intersect.

Waipa County Council Appointed to Manage Whatawhata
Cemetery

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act
1964, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Waipa County Council
to have the control and management of the Whatawhata
Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto,
as from the 31st day of October 1974.

SCHEDULE
WHATAWHATA CEMETERY
(a) All that area of land containing 4.0266 hectares, more
or less, being Allotment 190A, Pukete Parish, situated in
Block IV, Alexandra Survey District (S.O. Plan 13199).
(b) All that area of land containing 1.2722 hectares, more
or less, being Allotment 285, Pukete Parish, situated in
Block III, Alexandra Survey District (S.O. Plan 19896).
As witness the hand of His Excellency, the Governor-
General, this 1st day of November 1974.

Reappointment of Members of the Chiropractic Board

to be members of the Chiropractic Board for a further term

ing Associates Registration Board on the nomination
of the New Zealand Institute of Mechanical Engineers,

Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints Ellen Elizabeth Buckingham, Hugh
Forsyth Cowie, Peter William Hayes, Kenneth George
McWilliam, Stewart Colin Stratford, George Maxwell Stronach,
Gordon Charles Voice, the member of the Southland County
Council representing the Toetoes Riding, ex officio, and the
Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District
of Southland, ex officio, to be the Curio Bay Scenic Reserve
Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a scenic
reserve for a term of 3 years from the date of this notice.
