Land Taken for Road in Blocks II and VI, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1974.

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

As shown on plan M.O.W. 28186 (S.O. 45667) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 19th day of October 1974.

Land Taken for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the University of Otago; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1974.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 17.4 perches situated in the City of Dunedin, being all the land on Deposited Plan 1445 and being part Section 48, Block XXX, Town of Dunedin. All certificate of title, Volume 404, folio 106, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 17th day of October 1974.
