Notification of Fees and Charges for Amenities Operated by
the Tourist and Publicity Department

PURSUANT to the Tourist and Health Resorts control Act 1908
and the Tourist and Publicity Department Act 1963 the
Minister of Tourism hereby revokes the notice published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 25, page 712, dated 20 April
1967, and substitutes the following new Schedule of fees
and charges.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes
on and after the 4th day of November 1974.

in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamations 595142 and 927443, and the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation 927443, for the purposes of the N.I.M.T. Railway
(Utiku-Mangaweka Deviation) on and after the 31st day
of December 1973.
