Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Scout As-
sociation of New Zealand to control and manage and revokes
the reservation as a centre for boy scouts over the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

Fixing the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Levy (Notice

The Hawera High School Board of Governors Notice 1974
PURSUANT to section 50 and 51 of the Education Act 1964,
the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Hawera High School
   Board of Governors Notice 1974.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June
3. The Board of Governors of the Hawera High School shall
   be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Taranaki Education
   Board;
   (b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attend-
   ing Hawera High School;
   (c) Two members elected by the members of the school
   committees of the State primary and private schools specified
   in the Schedule to this notice;
   (d) One member appointed by the Hawera Borough Council;
   (e) One member elected by the Hawera Borough Council,
   the Hawera County Council, the Eltham County Council, the
   Waimate West County Council, and the Manaia Town
   Council.
4. The list of schools to which paragraph (c) of clause 2 of
   this notice applies, and to which the Schedule of this notice
   refers, may, from time to time be amended in the Gazette.
