PURSUANT to section 33 of the Architects Act 1963 the follow-
ing person has been appointed a member of the Architects
Education and Registration Board:
Warwick Leslie Smith of Auckland
on the nomination of the Council of the New Zealand
Institute of Architects, in place of Edward Michael Coulson
Fowler, resigned, to hold office for the residue of the term
for which the said Edward Michael Coulson Fowler was
appointed.

PURSUANT to section 93 of the Transport Act 1962, the Min-
ister of Transport hereby appoints

4, and 5A Transport Districts for a term commencing on the
1st day of November 1974 and ending on the 31st day of
October 1979.
The notice of appointment under section 99 of the Transport
Act 1962, dated the 20th day of September 1974, is hereby
revoked.
