IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of ANDELL HOLDINGS LIMITED
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was on
the 4th day of October 1974 presented to the said Court
by HENDERSON & POLLARD SALES LIMITED a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Enfield Street, Auckland
land and carrying on business as timber merchants. And that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 13th day of November 1974 at
10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at
the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

firm or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served,
or if posted must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach
the abovenamed petitioner's address for service not later than
4 o'clock on the afternoon of the 12th day of November
1974.

notice to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

MANUKAU CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR PUBLIC STREET
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau City Council
requires and intends under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts to take in the manner provided by the
Public Works Act 1928 for public street the piece of land
described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for
the general purpose of increasing the width of an existing
street in the city district, namely Wiri Station Road. And
notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the piece
of land so required to be taken is deposited at the public
office of the said Council, at David Nathan Park, Hill Road,
Manurewa, and is there open for inspection with fee, by
all persons during the ordinary office hours. And notice is
further given that every person directly affected by the
taking of the said land is hereby called upon to set forth
in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking
of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, and to send the written objection
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice
to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 32 Mulgrave
Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North). If
any objection is made in accordance with paragraph (d) of
subsection (1) of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928
(as substituted by section 6 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1973) a public hearing of the objection will be
held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector
will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 388 square metres, more
or less, situated in the City of Manukau, being the part of
the land situated in the Parish of Papakura being part of
Clendon's Grant, comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 773, folio 29, North Auckland Land Registry,
which is shown on Survey Office Plan No. 49729.

THAMES BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Thames Borough Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
to execute a certain public work namely to construct and
layout a service lane in the block bounded by Pollen, Mary,
Mackay, and Pahau Streets in the Borough of Thames and
for the purposes of such public work the lands described
in the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth Schedules hereto
are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given
that the plans of the lands so required to be taken are
deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the
said Council situated in Mary Street, Thames, and are open
for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing
not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation
and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of the notice to the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board at Wellington.
If any such objections are made a public hearing of the
objections will be held unless the objectors otherwise require
and each objector will be advised of the time and place
of the hearing.
