PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—an area of 16 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or
less, situated north-east of and adjoining Attwells Road and
south of the junction with Burrow Road, Pukekohe, being
Lot 2 of Section 53 of the Parish of Pukekohe (formerly

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the
land described in paragraph (a) above being—an area of

Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—

(i) An area of 8 acres 2 roods 24.9 perches, more or
less, situated north-west of and adjoining Tuakau
Road and Woodlands Road junction, Pukekohe,
being Lot 7, D.P. 9233, which said parcel of land
is portion of Allotment 50 in the Parish of Puke-

(i) An area of 4 acres, more or less, situated west of
and adjoining Upper Queen Street and south
of the junction with Kitchener Road, Pukekohe,
being part Lot 3, D.P. 33959, and being part
Allotment 239, Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T.
1123/137 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 4 acres and 14.1 perches, more or less,
situated east of and adjoining Upper Queen Street
and south of the junction with Kitchener Road,
Pukekohe, being part Allotment 50, Parish of
Pukekohe, C.T. 1830/55 (Auckland Registry).

(b) All other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of
the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
