mean high-water mark of the sea to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Lot B, D.P. 2173, Block II, Moeraki
Survey District; thence generally north-westerly to and along
the generally south-western boundaries of that lot and Lot A
and D.P. 2173 and Lot 1A, D.P 2024, to the south-eastern
side of Horse Range Road; thence generally south-westerly
along the south-eastern side of that road to a point in line
with the south-western side of an un-named road inter-
secting Section 46, Block XI; thence north-westerly to and
along that side and the generally north-eastern boundary of
Section 31 to the eastern boundary of Block XII; thence
northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern bound-

Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst
Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 935 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—an area of 8 acres, more or less, situated east of
and adjoining Upper Queen Street, Pukekohe, being Lot 24
(twenty-four), D.P. 36042 (Town of Pukekohe Extension
No. 15), and being part Allotment 49, Parish of Pukekohe,
C.T. 938/221 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land
described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 28 acres and 28.4 perches, more or less,
situated north-east of an adjoining S.H. 22 and
south of the junction with Parker Lane, being
Lot 1, D.P. 36963, and being part Allotment 9,
Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1681/12 (Auckland
Registry).
(ii) An area of 35 acres and 14 perches, more or less,
situated north-east of and adjoining the junction
of Runciman Road and Rutherford Road, Puke-
kohe, being Lot 4, D.P. 8295, which said parcel
of land is portion of Allotment 7 of the Parish
of Pukekohe, C.T. 361/182 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) An area of 10 acres, more or less, south-west of
and adjoining Puke-Hilltop Road, north of the
junction with Middleton Road, Pukekohe, being
Allotment 224, Suburban Section 2 of the Parish
of Pukekohe, C.T. 595/39 (Auckland Registry).
(iv) An area of 4 acres 26.6 perches, more or less, situated
partly in the Borough of Pukekohe, West of and
adjoining Upper Queen Street, Pukekohe, being
Allotment 275 Suburban Section 2, D.P. 24163
of the Parish of Pukohe, C.T. 550/122 (Auckland
Registry).

land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 11 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less,
situated north-west of the boundary of Jellicoe
Road and Anzac Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 3
on D.P. 16709, and comprising parts of Allot-
ments 261 and 262, Suburban Section 2 of the
Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 376/235 (Auckland
Registry).
(ii) An area of 10.7905 hectares, more or less, stuated
north-west of the junction of Logan Road and
Harrisville Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1 on D.P.
70459, and being part Allotments 6 and 20, Parish
