Revocation of Appointment of Honorary Social Worker Under the Department of Social Welfare Act 1971

Pursuant to section 9 of the Department of Social Welfare Act 1971, the Director-General of Social Welfare hereby revokes the appointment of

Eisenhut, Mrs Phyllis Edwina, Patumahoe; and Kearse, Reverend Eric Donald, Pongaroa

as honorary social workers for the purpose of the said Act.

Appointment of Honorary Launch Wardens

Pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby appoint

Peter John Baddeley, Brian Ralph Dale, Robert Allen Clayton-Greene to be honorary launch wardens for purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.

Commissioner of Supreme Court Appointed

Pursuant to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Hon. Sir Richard Wild, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed

Kenneth Edward Northwood, Esquire of 60 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Revocation of Appointment of Commissioner of the Supreme Court

Pursuant to section 49 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Richard Wild, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day revoked the appointment of

Daryle Telford Simpson, Esquire of Sydney, New South Wales, as a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales (for the purposes of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations) and that notice of revocation has this day been sent to the said Daryle Telford Simpson.
