Maori Land Development Notice


PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Whangarei 1973, No. 32.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed Under the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, in the County of Raglan (No. 586 Ag. 20649A)


PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Raglan County Council on the 24th day of September 1973, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

“THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and of every other power in that behalf enabling it, the Raglan County Council hereby resolves by way of special order that Waterfern (Salvinia, all species) be declared a noxious weed within the County of Raglan as from the 1st day of November 1973.”

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Hokianga County Council on the 26th day of September 1973, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

“THAT the Hokianga County Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, hereby resolves by way of special order as follows:

That Waterfern (Salvinia, all species) be declared a noxious weed within the district of the County of Hokianga.”

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Waitemata County Council on the 27th day of September 1973, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

“IN exercise of the powers vested in that behalf by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waitemata County Council doth hereby by special order declare that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be a noxious weed within the County of Waitemata.


SCHEDULE

Waterfern (Salvinia, all species).”

Amending the Licence Authorising the Waitemata County Council to Occupy a Site for a Pipeline in the Kaipara River at Helensville


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence granted to the Waitemata County Council* to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River, at Helensville, is hereby amended by deleting the symbols “M.D. 14442” and substituting the symbols “M.D. 15128”.
