boundary of the Eltham County described as herein-
before mentioned to the middle of the Waingongoro
River; thence southerly down the middle of the river
to a point in line with the eastern boundary of
Section 11, Block X, Ngaere Survey District; thence
northerly to and along that boundary, being also
a boundary of the Eltham Borough, as described
in Gazette 1901, p. 1958; thence easterly and
southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries
of the Borough of Eltham and the last-mentioned
boundary projected to the middle of Mangawhero
Road; thence easterly along the middle of that road
to the middle of the Ararata Stream; thence southerly
down the middle of the Ararata Stream to the point
of commencement."

(e) To define the boundary of the South Riding of the
County of Eltham as "all that area in the Taranaki
Land District, County of Eltham bounded by a line
commencing at the intersection of the eastern
boundary of the Eltham Borough as described in
Gazette 1901, p. 1958; and the Mangawhero Road
thence westerly by the southern boundary of the
Borough of Eltham to the Waingongoro River; thence
southerly down the middle of the Waingongoro River
to a point in line with the middle of the Onewhaia
Road; thence generally eastward and northward by
the southern and eastern boundary of the County
of Eltham described in New Zealand Gazette,
Thursday, 30 January 1969, No. 4, p. 128, to the
intersection of the Ararata Stream and a point in
line with the southern boundary of Section 12,
Block XV, Ngaere Survey District; thence northerly
along the middle of the Ararata Stream to the middle
of the Mangawhero Road then westerly along the
middle of the Mangawhero Road to the point of
commencement."

The special order shall take effect on the 12th day of
October 1974.

I hereby certify that the special order:

1. Altering the boundaries of the Eltham Riding of the
   County of Eltham by the abolition and addition of
   the present Omoana Riding

And

2. Altering the boundaries of the South Riding and the
   Eltham Riding by a transfer of an area described in

New Zealand standard specifications are being circulated:
