NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE INTERESTS IN LAND IN PART
ALLOTMENT 106, TOWN OF HAMILTON WEST, SITUATED IN
THE CITY OF HAMILTON, FOR THE PURPOSE OF STREET
NOTICE is hereby given that is is proposed under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the construction of a street and for the purposes
of that public work the interests described in the Schedule
hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby given
that a plan of the land over which the said interests are
required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Hamilton
City Council, Worley Street, Hamilton, and is there open
for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution
of the said public work or by the taking of the said interests
in the land should, if they have any objections to the execution
of the said public work or to the taking of the said
interests in the said land, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in
writing and send the written objection within 40 days of
the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Hamilton
City Council, at Hamilton; and that if any objection is made
in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and
each objector will be advised of the time and place of the
hearing.

on Deposited Plan No. 4197, being part Allotment 106, Town
of Hamilton West, comprising 144 square metres, more or
less, and being part of the land described in certificate of
title, Volume 136, folio 64, South Auckland Registry, as
the same is more particularly delineated on Plan
No. P. 65/051B, lodged for inspection at the offices of the
Hamilton City Council, and thereon coloured sepia, and being

ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE ADDITIONAL LAND FOR
AERODROME PURPOSES
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, the Airport
Authorities Act 1966, and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rotorua County Council
requires, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts,
to take additional land adjacent to the control tower of the
Rotorua Airport, being the land described in the Schedule
hereto, which land is situated at the rear of the Rotokawa
Dairy on State Highway 30, at Rotokawa, such taking being
for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a certain public
work, namely, the Rotorua Airport; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken
is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the above
Council, situated at the corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets,
Rotorua, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who has any objection he may wish
to make, not being an objection to the amount or payment
of compensation, must state his objection in writing and
send the same within 40 days from the first publication of
this notice to the County Clerk, at the Council Chambers
at the corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets, Rotorua (postal
address P.O. Box 1547, Rotorua).
If any such objection is made a public hearing of the
objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires
and each objector will be advised of the time and place
of the hearing.

same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan No. 46549
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor of the South

Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the Opihi
River Control Scheme and for the purpose of such public
work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required
to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan
of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the
public office of the Secretary to the said Board situate in
75 Church Street, Timaru, and is open for inspection without
fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
