Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taumarunui County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui and revokes the reservation as a site for a roadman’s cottage over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Mangawhai Heads Domain

Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of control in the Amuri County Council and revokes the reservation as a resting place for travelling stock over the land described in the Schedule hereto. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 16 May 1973 and published in Gazette, 24 May 1973, p. 986, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
