CORRIGENDUM
IN the Proclamation dated the 5th day of September 1973 and published in Gazette, 20 September 1973, No. 87, p. 1779, amending a Proclamation defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, for the plan marked M.O.W. 27290 (W.D.O. 38241) referred to in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, read the plan marked M.O.W. 27327 (W.D.O. 38241) which last-mentioned numbers appear in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General and for the Minister of Works.

Land Taken for a Pleasure Ground in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1973.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1973.
