NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was on the 18th day of September 1973 presented to the said Court by THE STEEL AND TUBE COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Shell House, The Terrace, Wellington and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 17th day of October 1973 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a copy of the certificate of title of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount of payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the office of the Council and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

THREE roods eighteen perches (0 a 8 r 18 p) more or less, being Allotment 55A in the Parish of Hunua, being all that land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 101, folio 194.
