The Traffic (Woodville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Woodville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
So much of the notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 6th day of October 1937* which relates to roads in Woodville Borough, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from Gladstone Street to the eastern boundary of Woodville Borough).
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from Gordon Street to the western boundary of Woodville Borough).

The Traffic (Southland County) Notice No. 3, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Southland County) Notice No. 3, 1973.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 3rd day of July 1958†, which relates to Southland County is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Southland County at Wallacetown:
No. 99 State Highway (Tuatapere-Lorneville) (from a point 360 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from Dunlop Street to a point 280 metres measured easterly generally along the said State highway from the said street).
Dunlop Street (from No. 99 State Highway (Tuatapere-Lorneville) to a point 1600 metres measured southerly generally along the said street from the said State highway).

Amending the Motor Launch (Lake Te Anau) Notice 1971—Fiordland National Park Board
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Transport gives notice that the Motor Launch (Lake Te Anau) Notice 1971, of 15 December 1971†, is hereby amended by deleting the number “200” after the word “lines” and substituting the number “180” and deleting the expression “75 yd east” after the word “commencing” and substituting the expression “130 yd north-west”.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 8th day of October 1973.
