Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 22) 1973.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

1. This notice may be cited as the Export Licences Exemption Notice 1966, Amendment No. 2 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Export Licences Exemption Notice 1966† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

2. The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by adding an additional category of goods as follows:

Declaration That the Mangatoitoi Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Mangatoitoi Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Napier City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for drain purposes, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in the Napier City Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
