Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice (No. 3) 1973

PURSUANT to section 10E of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, and to the provisions of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice (No. 3) 1973.
   (ii) This notice shall come into force on the 6th day of October 1973.

2. Until the expiry of this notice, pursuant to section 10E of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, or its earlier revocation, the items

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Lower Hutt City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for community centre purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
