The appointment of Lieutenant I. J. Taylor, V.R.D., (Rtd.) is extended to 31 August 1974.

The seniority of Lieutenant D. Goodwin is ante-dated to 1 June 1965, and he is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander with seniority and effect from 1 June 1973.
