Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block IV, Drury Survey District, County of Franklin

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway from and after the 24th day of September 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 perches situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 5 and 14, Section 2, Deeds Plan 35, being part Allotment 37, Opaheke Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27292 (S.O. 45887) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 19) 1973

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 19) 1973.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
