Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block II, Rodney Survey District, County of Rodney

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 425867, North Auckland Land Registry, for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 24th day of September 1973.
