Land Held for a Public School Set Apart for a Secondary School, a State Primary School, and a Special School in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for a secondary school, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for a State primary school, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be set apart for a special school from and after the 24th day of September 1973.

Secondary School

ALL that piece of land containing 16 acres 2 roods 3 perches (6.6849 hectares) situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, City of Upper Hutt, being part Lot 2, D.P. 22300, being part Section 91, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27304 (S.O. 28701) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
