Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 21.6 perches situated in the City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 6, Section 44, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 230, limited as to parcels, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of September 1973.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published in Gazette, 24 March 1966, Volume 1, page 403 and registered as Proclamation No. 666674 (Wellington Land Registry) (hereinafter called "the former Proclamation"), defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212 referred to in the former Proclamation but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington, described as follows:
PART Section 523, Town of Wellington (part certificate of title 11/90).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27290 (W.D.O. 38241) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 5th day of September 1973.

Amending an Order in Council Appointing Five Non-elective Members of the Nelson Catchment Board

At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of September 1973

Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August 1949, and published in Gazette of 4 August 1949, at p. 1625, appointing five non-elective members of the Nelson Catchment Board, as amended my Order in Council dated 13 April 1955, and published in Gazette of 21 April 1955, at p. 680, and as also amended by Order in Council dated 20 October 1965, and published in Gazette of 21 October 1965, at p. 1806, by deleting the words "Field Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Nelson" and substituting the words "Farm Advisory Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Nelson".

Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Tekapo Domain Board

Pursuant to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for the development of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme) is hereby authorised to be applied also for recreation purposes which shall be a secondary use of the said land.
(b) Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 shall apply to the said land.
(c) The control and management of the said land is hereby vested in the Tekapo Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 26 perches situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, being Rural Section 39993; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27295 (S.O. 11574) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The Harbour Board Employees Superannuation Scheme Order 1973

Pursuant to section 25 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1942, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. Titleโ€”This order may be cited as the Harbour Board Employees Superannuation Scheme Order 1973.
  2. Consent to superannuation schemeโ€”Consent is hereby given to any Harbour Board referred to in the Schedule to the agreement hereinafter mentioned establishing a super-annuation scheme for the benefit of persons in its service and their dependants, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of an agreement made on the 10th day of August 1972 between The Harbours Association of New Zealand and The New Zealand Harbour Boards Employees Industrial Union of Workers, of which agreement a copy has been deposited in the office of the Secretary of Labour and of the Secretary to the Treasury at Wellington.
