Maori Land Development Notice


PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1973, No. 13.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Agents for the Purpose of the Accident Compensation Act 1972


PURSUANT to section 25 of the Accident Compensation Act 1972, notice is hereby given of the appointment of the following agents for the purposes of the Accident Compensation Act 1972.

The State Insurance General Manager—A corporation solely constituted under the State Insurance Act 1963, for the purpose of receiving and dealing with claims and related matters.

The Inland Revenue Department—A Department of State established under the Inland Revenue Department Act 1952, for the purpose of collecting all levies on earnings and dealing with related matters.
