National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 August 1973 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington), from its junction with upper Opaki Road to the northern boundary of Masterton Borough, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 to 3 of plans M.O.W. 35513 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Masterton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Gulf Harbour Reclamation
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the Gulf Harbour Reclamation Project, being a scheme for reclamation and marina development at Hobbs Bay, Whangaparaoa Peninsula, Auckland. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the Gulf Harbour project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington, until Friday, 28 September 1973.
Copies of the environmental impact report may be obtained at the office of the Waitemata County Council, Grey’s Avenue, Auckland.

Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the Benge Block project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington, until Monday, 1 October 1973.
Copies of the environmental impact report may be obtained at the office of the Commission for the Environment, 53 Murphy Street, Wellington.
