Declaring Land Purchased for Railway Purposes (Nelson-Glenhope Railway) and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 10th day of September 1973.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 15 September 1971, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff), from its junction with Willis Road to its junction with Wilson Street in Rangitikei County, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plans M.O.W. 17227 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State Highway for its full width from the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 28652, to its junction with Wilson Street shown on sheet 1 of the said plan M.O.W. 17227.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 15 September 1971, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff), from its junction with Willis Road to its junction with Wilson Street in Rangitikei County, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plans M.O.W. 17227 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State Highway having a width of 1 chain and fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 10396, from its northern boundary generally in a southerly direction to the boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 28652, shown on sheet 1 of the said plan M.O.W. 17227.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 August 1973 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff), from its junction with the Te Kauwhata-Waitakaruru Road to its junction with Ohinewai-Tahura Road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 to 9 of plans M.O.W. 35434 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
