Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES COUNTY
Lots 574, 575, and 576 and parts Lots 578, 580, and 581 of a subdivision of parts Kauaeranga 5, 5A, and 13 Blocks situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1236H deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. All certificate of title, Volume 594, folio 320 (limited as to parcels), excepting all mines and minerals upon and under Lots 575 and 576 and parts Lots 578, 580, and 581 as are excepted by conveyance 70507 (32M/942) (S.O. Plan 991A).
Lots 199, 200, 200A, 201 to 203, 203A, 204 to 208, 220, 220A, 221 to 224, 224A, 225 to 229, and 364B of a subdivision of parts Kauaeranga 5, 8, and 13 Blocks situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District: area, 5304 square metres, more or less; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1236H deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Part certificate of title, Volume 559, folio 103 (limited as to parcels), excepting all mines and minerals upon and under Lots 199, 200, 200A, 201 to 203, 203A, 220, 220A, 221 to 224, 224A, 225 to 229, and 364B as are excepted by conveyances 5455D (D11/813), 70508 (32M/945), and 104033 (R26/512) (S.O. Plans 991A and 22554).
Lot 577 of a subdivision of parts Kauaeranga 5, 5A, and 13 Blocks situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District: area, 273 square metres, more or less; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1236H deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. All certificate of title, Volume 594, folio 319 (limited as to parcels) (S.O. Plan 991A).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1973.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same. but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
This Proclamation is in substitution for a Proclamation dated 15 December 1972 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 January 1973 at p. 3, and that Proclamation is hereby accordingly revoked.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HUTT COUNTY
Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4096, being part Sections 363 and 366, Hutt District, situated in Block X, Akatarawa Survey District: area, 1 acre 1 rood 27 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 256, folio 83.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1973.
