Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Portage Bay Recreation Reserve
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Portage Bay Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.

Resumption of Unformed Road in the Village of Puponga Situated in Block II, Onetaua Survey District, Golden Bay County
Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Golden Bay County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Customs Act—Dumping Duty
Pursuant to the provisions of section 129 (1) of the Customs Act 1966, as amended by section 6 of the Customs Amendment Act 1971, notice is hereby given that dumping duty, at the rates specified, shall be payable on the amount of dumping, being the amount by which the f.o.b. export selling price is less than the current domestic value determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act, in respect of the following goods:

Where the c.i.f. value of each latch is $3.20 or less the rate of dumping duty shall be 25 percent.
Where the c.i.f. value of each latch exceeds $3.20 the rate of dumping duty shall be 100 percent.
This decision shall take effect in respect of all such goods imported into New Zealand on and after the date on which this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Exemption From Jurisdiction of State Services Tribunal and of Any Single Service Tribunal
Pursuant to the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969, the Minister of State Services hereby excludes from Tribunal jurisdiction the position in the State Services specified in the Schedule hereto, on the grounds that the said positions involve substantial responsibility, not only for management but also for formulating and advising on policy, and declares that these positions are excluded from Parts II, III, and IV of the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969.

In pursuance of the Bylaws Act 1910, I hereby confirm the above-written bylaw and declare that the same, except for N.Z.S.S. 1900, chapter 5: 1963 “Fire resisting construction and means of egress” as described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules thereto, and amended in the Fourth Schedule thereto (hereinafter referred to as “the said chapter 5”), came into force on the 1st day of April 1973, and that the said chapter 5 shall come into force on the 25th day of August 1973.

The Motor Launch (Waiau River) Notice 1973—Fiordland National Park Board
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Waiau River) Notice 1973.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force until further notice.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply between the hours of 7.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on other days of the week with respect to the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in the Waiau River from 1 mile downstream of Lake Te Anau to Lake Manapouri.
