Land Held for a Gravel Pit Set Apart for a Site for a Sewage Treatment Plant in Block IV, Moeraki Survey District, Waihemo County

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a gravel pit and vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waihemo by a Proclamation dated the 4th day of October 1944, published in Gazette, 12 October 1944, Vol. III, p. 1212, and registered as No. 5349, Otago Land Registry:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for a site for a sewage treatment plant as from the 27th day of August 1973.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Moeraki Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
4 0 11 Part Section 1 of 31.
13 2 37 Part Section 2 of 31.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 1.19665 (S.O. 9382) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of August 1973.

Land Taken for Road in Block I, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1973.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 32.3 perches situated in Block I, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 18, Waipareira Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27265 (S.O. 47521) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of August 1973.

Authorising the Waitemata County Council to Reclaim Auckland Harbour Board Endowment Land at French Bay, Manukau Harbour

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of August 1973
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waitemata County Council to reclaim an area of 1 rood and 26 perches, more or less, of Auckland Harbour Board endowment land at French Bay, Manukau Harbour, as shown edged red on plan M.D. 15079, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport, at Wellington, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- The aforesaid Council shall construct adequate steps adjacent to the cliff from the south end of the reclamation to the foreshore.
