Additional Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of New Plymouth

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1973.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 176 square metres situated in the City of New Plymouth, being part Section 4, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27040 (S.O. 10408) and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1973.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes and shall vest in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1973.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2.345 hectares situated in Blocks VII and XI, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 24, Deeds Plan 107; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27132 (S.O. 6486) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon marked A.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of August 1973.

PURSUANT to section 43 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964 (as amended by section 2 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment Act 1971), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints the members from time to time of Messrs Hutchison, Hull, and Co. and Messrs Clarke, Menzies, and Co., Chartered Accountants, to be the auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand for a term of 2 years commencing on the 1st day of July 1973.
