Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 16) 1973

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 16) 1973.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Eyre County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Eyre and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Taupo County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and, further pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taupo, in trust, for those purposes.
