Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested as to
Part and Incorporated as to Part in Adjoining Deferred
Payment Licences in Blocks V and VI, Woodland Survey
District, Clutha County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto and declares that the road first and secondly described
in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed vest in
Ernest Stanley Wilson and Alan Lindsay Wilson, both of
Owaka, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares subject
to the same restrictions as are imposed in the case of
leases by section 206 of the Land Act 1924, and subject
to memoranda of mortgage No. 263621, 364635, and 388315,
Otago Land Registry; and the road thirdly and fourthly
described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed,
be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 70
recorded in register book, Volume 388, folio 136, Otago
Land Registry, and held by the aforesaid Ernest Stanley
Wilson and Alan Lindsay Wilson as tenants-in-common in
equal shares subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 263621,
364635, and 388315, Otago Land Registry; and the road
lastly described in the said second Schedule shall, when
so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence
No. D.P.F. 394 recorded in register book No. 4C/700, Otago
Land Registry, and held by the aforesaid Ernest Stanley
Wilson and Alan Lindsay Wilson as tenants-in-common in
equal shares subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 388315, Otago Land Registry.
