PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clutha.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block V, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road first and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Graham Howard Chadwick Hamilton, of Waiuku, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage A404095, A103314, A103315, and A103316, North Auckland Land Registry; also that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule and the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Keith McCrae Hamilton, of Awhitu, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage A553062, A163397, and A163398, North Auckland Land Registry; also that the land fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, and last described in the said Second Schedule, and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in John Scott Morel Massey, of Pollok, farmer, and Margaret Joan Massey, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage A158270, A603238, A603239, and A603240, North Auckland Land Registry.
