At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of July 1973

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waitemata County Council to reclaim from Lucas Creek, Greenhithe, an area of 3 roods and 12 perches, more or less, as shown hatched green on plan marked M.D. 15009 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Constitution of the Ashley County Hydatids Control District (Notice No. 526 Ag. 21171)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

(a) This order may be cited as the Ashley County Hydatids Control District.
(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The area comprising the County of Ashley, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Ashley County Hydatids Control District.
The Ashley County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Ashley County Hydatids Control District.

THE HON. M. A. CONNELLY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

(a) This order may be cited as the Wallace Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The areas comprising the County of Wallace, the Borough of Riverton, and the Town District of Otautau, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Wallace Hydatids Control District.
The Wallace County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Wallace Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

(a) This order may be cited as the Clutha Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The areas comprising the County of Clutha and the Borough of Balclutha, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Clutha Hydatids Control District.
The Clutha Hydatids Control Authority is hereby declared to be the Hydatids Control Authority for the Clutha Hydatids Control District.

(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The areas comprising the County of Raglan and the Boroughs of Huntly and Ngaruawahia, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Raglan Hydatids Control District.
The Raglan County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Raglan Hydatids Control District.
