STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
NOTICE is hereby given that the WOODFORD HOUSE TRUST
BOARD has applied to the Supreme Court at Napier for an
order approving a scheme under Part III of the Charitable
Trusts Act 1957, empowering it to appoint two additional
trustees to bring the number of trustees to eight and amending
the Declaration of Trust by which it was created accordingly.
The application will be heard by the Supreme Court at
Napier on 5 March 1973 or so soon thereafter as counsel
can be heard. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must
give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar
of the Court and the Trust Board and the Attorney-General
not less than 7 clear days before the said 5 March 1973.
The solicitors for the Trust Board are Messrs Scannell,
Hardy, and Coleman, Queen Street East, Hastings.
