Appointment of the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

Amalgamation of Scenic Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Blind Bay Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to the Iwituaroa Scenic Reserve and shall henceforth be part of the Iwituaroa Scenic Reserve.

Fixing the Inspection Fee Payable on Graded Apples and Pears (Notice No. 512 Ag. 1826)

Pursuant to regulation 96 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit Regulations 1952, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby fixes the inspection fee payable for the season ended 30 November 1974, and thereafter until further notice, on graded apples and pears passed through recognised inspection points, to 1.27c per bushel of packed fruit (34.92c per cubic metre) and 0.63c per bushel of loose fruit (17.32c per cubic metre).

Notice No. Ag. 10550 published in the Gazette of 15 January 1970, No. 1, at page 11, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Milton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Milton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973.

  2. The road specified in the first Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The road specified in the second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-mile-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

  4. The Traffic (Milton Borough) Notice dated the 27th day of April 1966*, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to Milton Borough, is hereby revoked.
