Declaration that a Scenic Reserve be Part of the Wanganui River Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall form part of the Wanganui River Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Wanganui River Scenic Board.

Declaration that Private Land be a Private Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the private land described in the Schedule hereto to be a private historic reserve under Part V of the said Act, subject to the provisions of the agreement dated 24 May 1973 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, as Marlborough Deed No. 370.

Revocation of a Declaration that Private Land be a Private Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice published in Gazette, 9 July 1964, Vol. II, p. 1113, declaring the private land described in the Schedule thereto to be a private historic reserve under Part V of the said Act.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that a Reserve be a Public Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to be known as the Greenvale Domain.
